My wife plays the cello. Cellists hate Pachelbel’s Cannon in D because the cello part is the same eight notes over and over for the entire piece. I can understand why to an extent. The cello is one of the most versatile instruments in the orchestra. It’s something of a waste. This version plays with that idea:
